If you’re having a problem, first try looking at the knowledge base and searching on Google for the specific problem that you’re getting. Usually, someone will have already encountered your problem and found a solution.

If you can’t solve your problem and need help, try sending a message to the Ruby Installer user’s mailing list hosted by RubyForge. We’ll do our best to take a look at the problem and see if we can find a solution for you.

If you think you’ve found a bug, please submit it to the RubyForge bug tracker, and we’ll take a look and try to get it fixed.
